Positions available: - ServiceNow HRSD Developer/Consultant - ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Consultant - ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist - ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer/Consultant/Architect - ServiceNow Technical/Solution Architect Role & Responsibilities: Technical Requirements: HRSD - Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow scripting experience. - Experience in HRSD and ITSM modules is must. - PowerShell Coding Experience is must - Experience with Flow Designer, Server Side scripting and Client Side scripting. - Hands-on experience of ServiceNow Integration with third party application. - Certifications: Certified ServiceNow Administrator(CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) - Certification - Implementation with on ITSM or HRSD or CAD - Development Experience in ServiceNow (3 years minimum) - Implement the Human Resources application in order to set up HR data - Configure applications to work with the organisation's HR processes - Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations and HR Hub - Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management - Experience on Human Resources dashboards, reports, and other HR management modules to monitor and manage HR cases and employee satisfaction - Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services for HR Modules; including Case Management, HR Administration, Knowledge Base and Employee Service Centre ITOM - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB solutions. - Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Configuration Management. - Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support ITOM and CMDB processes and automation. - Configure and maintain the CMDB data model as per CSDM framework, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration item (CI) information. - Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external data sources. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement ITOM and CMDB good practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and ITIL processes. - Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and ITOM/CMDB-specific features, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. - Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet the ITOM and CMDB needs of the organization. - Proficient in ServiceNow development and configuration, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting using JavaScript. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices related to ITOM and CMDB. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITOM or CMDB are highly desirable. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - Minimum of 9 years overall experience in designing and implementing complex CSM, ITSM, ITOM, HR solutions and ITIL processes. - 6+ years of proven experience as an architect in designing and implementing ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, CMDB, Custom applications and integrating with several 3rd party applications. - 5+ years of development/configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform including Integration Hub and Mid Server - At least 20 distinct integrations experience like workday, PagerDuty, Azure, slack, SAP - Strong technical abilities, a sound understanding of business strategy and policies that govern the ServiceNow platform and possesses advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill. - Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts and ITIL implementation - Proven experience with key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS - Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform using JS: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Angular JS, Jelly, etc. - Excellent knowledge on Enterprise Security and Architecture, middleware and discovery technologies, database design schemas and data modeling - Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology. ServiceNow Technical Architect - Interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the ServiceNow Implementation Methodology including requirements elicitation, architecture definition and design, solution implementation and roll out. - Evaluate multiple products for compliance across Enterprise Service Management and suggest best solution, products, architectures meeting the guiding principles of Greenfield, Cloud based, mobile first and zero customization. - Define, plan and develop solutions, frameworks, IPs etc. around ServiceNow and Service Management Domain. - Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts; create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide. - Guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Ability & Experience to define at an architectural ( in consultation with Architects ) and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with business problems. - Experience designing and implementing client facing solutions leveraging involving ServiceNow. - Experience of performance compliant design, sustainable solution architecture - Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications. - Analyse and evaluate alternative solutions and recommends cost effective and efficient solutions - Propose data model, design changes to processes and products, exerts significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment. - Design and develop ServiceNow data model to support process integrations - Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools
