Job Category Quality Degree Level Bachelor s Degree or equivalent The Warranty Supplier Recovery Engineer is Responsible for Recovering the Warranty Spend Amount from suppliers For the Claims resported for Low incidence through Debit packages Responsibilities Creating Master list of claims from GSAR and getting approval from purchasing directors Creation and sharing of Debit packages to suppliers Addressing to suppliers disputes and queries on supplier recovery through Emails and Webex Meetings Verfying the claims Data sets with Stake holders GWC-NA team Submitting Pears Part requests Via blankets for Supplier Technical investigation Tracking Reporting of Part returns status using WPAC tools Metrics Preparation of low incidence Supporting in preparation of FSQR slide Preparing Low Incident Claims MPA Debit Summary and submitting to Global Warranty Finance team Co-ordinating with Global Warranty Finance and GWC team on Debit Actuals Forecast Scheduling meetings Prepartion of LI-Weekly Team meeting PAT PST meetings Qualifications Education Qualification Degree in Engineerin Number of Years of Experience 1 Years Professional Exposure Experience in Warrany operations Supplier recovery Claim processing Project Management Data Management is preferred Hand on experience in applications such as GSAR Pears GDIA tools Alteryx Qlik Sense Skill Knowledge requirement Must demonstrate strong written and oral communications skills and professionalism as per Regional requirement Must be proficient in all basic computer applications GCP Microsoft word Excel Outlook Sharepoint One drive etc Advanced computer skills e g Excel Macros Pivot table conditional formulas analytics etc
