Hostro Ventures Private Limited provides a unified digital platform to address the student housing problem in India, helping PG (Paying Guest) owners manage their operations efficiently. The platform serves students, PG owners, vendors, and colleges, creating an ecosystem for hassle-free, reliable, and scalable student accommodation.

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern at Hostro, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth. Youll work closely with our sales team to generate leads, engage with potential customers, and onboard PG owners and partners. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience in a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential PG owners, agents, and institutional partners.
- Pitch Hostros platform and services to prospects.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead nurturing campaigns.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
