Company Overview GREATBELL HR Consultancy Services PVT LTD is a leading Human Resources Services company specializing in Technical and Hospitality Manpower Recruitment With a strong network of around 500 companies in India we strive to provide top-notch recruitment services Visit our website at www greatbellhr com for more information Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bar Tender for a leading Hotel Group in Pondichery As a Bar Tender you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our customers This is a full-time position based in Puducherry Puducherry India and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in bartending Qualifications and Skills 1 to 3 years of experience as a Bar Tender Knowledge of a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic math and cash handling skills Familiarity with health and safety regulations Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Provide excellent customer service by taking orders making recommendations and answering customers questions Check identification and verify the age of customers to ensure legal drinking age Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register Monitor and replenish bar inventory including ordering supplies Create and maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure efficient service Adhere to all company policies and procedures
