Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: - Minimum of two full life-cycle Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation projects for global customers. - Experience in Taleo to ORC migration is required. - Oracle Cloud ORC certification is an added advantage. - Ability to design, build, and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud applications to meet business requirements. - Perform end-to-end configurations and prepare detailed configuration guides. - Work closely with the data migration team to explain templates, validate, and test data migration objects. - Strong understanding of Fast Formulas for recruitment processes. - Experience in designing Offer Templates and BI Reports. - Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Key User Training (KUT) sessions. - Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and create Cutover Plans for deployment. - Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition stakeholders for successful implementation and adoption.
