Requirement : Native Japanese Trainer

Japanese Language Instructor role to teach and guide students in acquiring proficiency in a Japanese language. This involves developing lesson plans, conducting classes, and assessing student progress in Japanese language skills like reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Also create a positive learning environment, adapt teaching methods to different learning styles, and may integrate cultural elements into the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

- Curriculum Development and Delivery:

Designing and implementing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, and delivering engaging lessons in both classroom and online settings.

- Student Assessment and Feedback:

Evaluating student progress through various assessments like exams, homework, and class participation, and providing constructive feedback to support their learning.

- Classroom Management and Environment:

Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation, and managing classroom dynamics effectively.

- Cultural Integration:

Incorporating cultural aspects of Japanese language into the curriculum to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Japanese language's culture.

- Collaboration and Professional Development:

Working with other educators, participating in professional development activities, and staying updated on best practices in language instruction.

- Adaptability and Innovation:

Adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs, utilizing technology effectively, and continuously seeking ways to improve teaching practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

- Japanese Language Proficiency:

Demonstrated fluency in Japanese language, both written and spoken, and strong knowledge of language learning principles.

- Teaching Experience:

Prior experience teaching Japanese language, preferably to diverse student populations, and experience with curriculum development.

- Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Cultural Competence:

Sensitivity and awareness of cultural nuances related to Japanese language and its speakers.

- Organizational Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Adaptability and Flexibility:

Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and situations, and to adjust to changing needs and priorities.

- Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, Certified Japanese language Trainer , and potentially a teaching certification or license.
