that promote profitability and efficiency across the Commercial Investment Banking organization You will lead the Data Analytics and Reporting team assist in identifying and mitigating operations risks and support strategic initiatives for key stakeholders Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts driving the agenda for the Analytics and Reporting function Participate in complex quantitative data-driven efforts to support business development and operations Develop analytics capabilities using advanced data techniques and statistical methodologies Communicate complex analytical results effectively distilling information into simple concepts and actionable insights for diverse audiences Interact with business and functional stakeholders across the organization to understand requirements and deliver data insights Define design and drive high-priority strategic initiatives with senior-level visibility ranging from business initiatives to engineering enabling capabilities Collaborate with stakeholders to solve quantitative problems and optimize business processes using various analytic methods Work with business partners and Technology to set goals advise on strategies and experiment to achieve business objectives Deliver insights to business through analytics reporting and visualization techniques Prepare write and transform data from diverse sources using programming languages Stay updated on industry trends and test new tools and techniques to address business challenges Produce key metrics and decks for senior management containing financial and operational details Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and implement solutions Support business-initiated change management activities managing execution and measuring success Identify and execute efficiency automation opportunities in data consolidation reporting processes Provide responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management and business analysis Participate in collaborative initiatives to simplify improve and add value to business processes Partner with senior leaders to advance business analysis and reporting focusing on operational efficiency cost modeling and quality enhancements Required qualifications capabilities and skills Experience in managing teams and multiple stakeholders Ability to understand business problems processes and design solutions methodologies that are rooted in data Need hands on experience with below skillset Programming languages e g SQL Python R Knowledge of Distributed file systems Teradata Oracle Snowflake AWS and advanced level database querying languages HQL SparkSQL with modern cloud-based data architectures Advanced knowledge of complex statistical and data science techniques ML algorithms linear logistic regression Clustering Decision Trees Random Forest Neural Networks Gradient Boosting text mining using Machine learning toolkits Data visualization tool like Qlik Tableau Experience in Service Now JIRA project management tools Excellent analytical communication organizational and problem-solving skills looking at reports processes and build solutions Enthusiastic self-motivated and effective under pressure Ability to prioritize requests and multi-task on time sensitive multiple requirements Maintaining a very high level of competency when reviewing data and reports quickly identifying and rectifying data and presentation issues Excellent communication verbal written skills to liaison between Sr Management US business managers and Data reporting teams Technical understanding of data extraction transformation and load processing Ability to design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions extraction mining visualization Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills 8 years of Analytics experience preferably in financial services or commercial or investing banking which includes minimum of 6 years of experience in Advanced Analytics AI ML Stats Graduate Post graduate preferably with Computers Finance Statistics Tangible experience with business strategy and tactical implementation with the ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks Strong written and oral presentation communication skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leaders and business partners and influence internal and external partners Team player with a demonstrated strong work ethic Manage projects communicates in a clear concise and efficient manner with multiple teams locally and globally Has ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships Ability to understand business problems processes and design solutions methodologies that are rooted in data
