Job Description

- Work closely with the CEO to analyse financials, prepare strategies and ensure financial health of the company.
- Oversee and manage the organisation's financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Indian accounting standards.
- Prepare detailed financial reports/financial statements and present them to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and systems to minimise risks.
- Handle corporate taxation, transfer pricing, internal audits and statutory audits and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow and handle AP, AR, revenue recognition, payroll and reconciliations.
- Lead, mentor, and support the finance team to drive performance and efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

- A CA/CPA qualification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience across a similar role, preferably in the SaaS environment.
- Strong knowledge of IndAs/IFRS accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex financial scenarios.
- Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
