What You’ll Do
- Design and run onboarding and training programs to ramp new hires and upskill the team.
- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.
- Align sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources.
- Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.
- Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better.
What You’ll Bring
- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).
- A builder’s mindset and excitement to scale with a fast-growing company.
