Company Description

We are a fast-growing digital marketing company based in India, managing social media and branding for 70+ restaurants across Australia and New Zealand. Our services include social media marketing, reels creation, graphic design, online ordering, and POS solutions for restaurants.

We are now looking for a creative all-rounder who can design engaging graphics and edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram & Facebook.

Responsibilities

- Edit raw video footage (food prep, ambience, restaurant staff) into engaging reels (15–30s).
- Add text overlays, captions, trending music, transitions to videos.
- Create social media graphics (posters, offers, festive greetings, menus, ads).
- Ensure all content is brand-consistent (colors, fonts, logo use).
- Stay updated with Instagram/TikTok trends to make content relatable and shareable.
- Work closely with the team to deliver weekly content calendars for multiple restaurants.
- Optimize content for vertical format (9:16) and ensure high-quality exports.
- Assist with brainstorming creative campaign ideas.

Skills Required

- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (must).
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (must).
- Motion Graphics: After Effects or Canva animations (preferred).
- Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of Instagram/TikTok/Facebook content styles, hashtags, and trends.
- Strong creative sense of color, typography, and storytelling.
