- Good understanding of ITIL V3 Concepts.
- Good understanding of application packaging.

- Deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies.
- Experience in managing 3rd party service providers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, facilitation skills.
- Strong leadership skills, time management, decision making, independence and discipline.
- Customer-service-oriented approach

Technical

- Desktop Infrastructure (Good knowledge in Application packaging ,Windows 11, MS office 365, PowerShell, Intune , GPO)
- Knowledge on Cloud VDI, Powershell scripting
- Windows Server (Intermediate knowledge in Windows server, Active directory, Exchange server, Group policy and App-v)
- Knowledge of tools and technologies SharePoint, Intune(Must have), ServiceNow, Azure AD, is an advantage.

Added advantage

- Excellent Knowledge in Windows Operating System.
- Good understanding about VDI infrastructure and Intune is desirable.
- Good to understand of application packaging.
- Basic understanding of C#.
