Junior Social Media Executive

We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Social Media Executive to join our team and play a vital role in developing and executing our social media strategy You will be responsible for managing our company s online presence across various social media platforms creating engaging content and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals and brand identity Conduct ongoing research and analysis to identify emerging social media trends and understand competitor activity Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms e g Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn in accordance with brand guidelines Utilize social media scheduling tools to plan and publish content consistently Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner Cultivate and manage online communities fostering brand loyalty and encouraging meaningful interactions with followers Analyze social media performance metrics and reporting on key insights to identify areas for improvement and campaign optimization Collaborate with other departments e g marketing design customer service to ensure brand consistency and achieve marketing objectives Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends tools and best practices Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a relevant field Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies Excellent understanding of major social media platforms and their functionalities Strong content creation skills including writing editing and graphic design basic Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines Creative enthusiastic and highly motivated with a passion for social media Job Type Full-time Pay From 10 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
