Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- CCN Patient visits Once weekly and New patients within 24hours of onboarding
- Family Counselling: Current treatment, prognosis and providing empathetic and compassionate support.
- Primary Consultant update Once weekly and SOS (whenever required)
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Consulting with multiple specialties ensuring comprehensive patient care and treatment plans
- Guiding and Mentoring of nursing staff: Clearing all doubts/misconceptions at point of care enhancing their knowledge, thereby motivating for excellent patient care and professional growth
- Shadow auditing - During weekly home visits, auditing nursing notes, medication chart and grooming of the nursing staff
- Ensuring Clinical Excellence - Checking medication chart daily, video call rounds, coordinating with ICU clinical manager.
- Death and Discharge summary.
- Single time visits - On request/demand supporting Doctor@Home
- Clinical Escalation Management: Issues which could not be resolved at point of contact are raised to superiors as per the protocol

Preferred candidate profile

- MBBS (mandatory); Diploma in Hospital Administration / MBA in Healthcare preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, with significant exposure tohomecare and critical care servicesincluding 3 years of ICU experience in any Hospital
