Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant Responsibilities Work with Clients Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application Support and Manage the Admin activities such as but not limited to Keep track of the functionality changes within the system new release updates Setup migration between environments Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing Perform Planning and execution of training support and transition Innovate ways to reduce the operational activities Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution Manage individual project priorities deadlines and deliverables Ensure compliance with the documented software processes and procedures throughout the life cycle Create SOP documentation and update them to Implement best practices standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies Must have Skills and Qualifications Process and Configuration knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Global Core HR Oracle Recruitment Cloud Taleo Learning Cloud module along with expertise on Redwood enablement Knowledge of Absence Management Compensation Talent Management OTL shall be an added advantage Thorough knowledge on module configuration and process flows including recent Oracle upgrade releases Experience in Redwood implementation across modules Oracle Fusion HCM experience 8 - 14 years Experience in implementing or Supporting managed services Oracle HCM Cloud applications Should have conducted client Workshops Solution Designing and Configuration on the module Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reporting - Understanding of OTBI OBIEE reports migration and scheduling Migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environment Nice to Have skills Exposure on VBCS for Redwood Personalization OTL Fast Formulas Compensation Modules BIP Reports At DXC Technology we believe strong connections and community are key to our success Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing productivity individual work styles and life circumstances We re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services such as false websites or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf More information on employment scams is available
