Company OverviewCrazyHR is a pioneering software company specializing in next-gen AI-driven HRMS ATS and recruitment solutions trusted globally by over 4 300 businesses We are committed to revolutionizing recruitment and HR management by automating processes to minimize manual tasks thus enhancing efficiency and accelerating the hiring cycle Headquartered in New Delhi CrazyHR serves as an all-in-one platform with a wide range of features including AI-powered candidate tracking data-driven assessments and extensive integration capabilities Job OverviewWe are seeking enthusiastic and eager freshers for the role of Civil Site Engineer This full-time position is open across various locations including Delhi Mumbai Gandhinagar Bengaluru Kolkata Chennai and Hyderabad The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of civil engineering principles and an interest in applying these in practical real-world settings No prior work experience is required beyond a maximum of 1 year aligning with our aim to nurture and develop new talent at the entry level Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD to create blueprints and technical drawings essential for building projects Strong project management abilities to ensure that all aspects of construction projects are executed efficiently Effective communication skills to interact with different stakeholders including clients architects and teams Problem-solving skills to address any challenges or issues that arise during the construction process Proven ability to work well within a team to achieve common goals and maintain a collaborative work environment Site Surveying Mandatory skill to accurately inspect and evaluate project sites for planning and development Construction Materials Knowledge Mandatory skill to ensure the appropriate materials are selected and utilized for durability and compliance Structural Analysis Mandatory skill to assess and plan for stability and strength requirements in construction projects Roles and Responsibilities Assist in site surveying and data gathering to support project planning and decision-making Collaborate with project managers and senior engineers to plan and execute construction designs Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the strength and stability of engineering projects Apply knowledge of construction materials to make informed recommendations and decisions Assist in the preparation of reports designs and drawings using AutoCAD Monitor and report on project progress keeping timelines and budgets in check Ensure compliance with all safety health and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle Contribute effectively to team meetings discussions and project brainstorming sessions
