Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CS Trainee at Oxyzo Financial Services, located in Gurugram. The CS Trainee will be responsible for assisting in company secretarial duties, maintaining and updating statutory records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities, and supporting the company in corporate governance practices.
