Company DescriptionAbout Sopra Steria Sopra Steria a major Tech player in Europe with 56 000 employees in nearly 30 countries is recognized for its consulting digital services and software development It helps its clients drive their digital transformation and obtain tangible and sustainable benefits The Group provides end-to-end solutions to make large companies and organizations more competitive by combining in-depth knowledge of a wide range of business sectors and innovative technologies with a fully collaborative approach Sopra Steria places people at the heart of everything it does and is committed to putting digital to work for its clients in order to build a positive future for all In 2023 the Group generated revenues of xe2x82xac5 8 billion The world is how we shape it We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative AI Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru Karnataka India As a key member of our AI division you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge generative AI solutions that push the boundaries of what s possible in machine learning and artificial intelligence Design develop and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models and algorithms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services Conduct research on the latest advancements in generative AI and propose new applications Optimize model performance scalability and efficiency Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and processes Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in AI development Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on generative AI techniques Analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights to improve AI models Address ethical considerations and ensure responsible AI development practices Qualifications Master s or Ph D in Computer Science Machine Learning or a related field 3 years of experience in AI ML development with a focus on generative models Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch Extensive experience with natural language processing NLP and computer vision techniques Demonstrated expertise in working with large language models e g GPT BERT In-depth knowledge of deep learning architectures and their applications Proven track record of implementing and deploying generative AI models in production environments Strong skills in data preprocessing feature engineering and model evaluation Proficiency with version control systems preferably Git Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in generative AI and related fields Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development and commitment to responsible AI practices Additional InformationAt our organization we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination We foster a work environment that is inclusive and respectful of all differences All of our positions are open to people with disabilities
