Job Profile Tendering Office Executive Fresher Location Across Odisha Employment Type Full-time Experience Required Fresher 0-1 Year We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Tendering Office Executives This role involves handling tendering work office documentation and active field visits to different districts of Odisha for tender follow-ups until the tender closing process is completed Candidates must be willing to travel extensively and coordinate with government offices and departments for smooth execution of tender submissions Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing compiling and submitting tender documents as per requirements Maintain and organize records of tenders quotations and related correspondence Monitor government and private tender portals for new opportunities Visit each and every district of Odisha for collecting submitting and following up on tender-related work until tender closing Liaise with government departments vendors and agencies to ensure compliance and timely submission Handle official communication including emails letters and telephonic follow-ups Prepare and update reports MIS and documentation for management review Support in general office activities such as data entry file management and printing Required Skills Basic knowledge of MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Good written and verbal communication skills English Odia Hindi preferred Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to travel extensively within Odisha for tendering purposes Quick learner with attention to detail Understanding of tendering process preferred not mandatory Eligibility Qualification Graduate in any discipline Commerce Arts Science Management preferred Freshers can apply Must be open to travel across Odisha frequently Salary Benefits Attractive stipend salary for freshers as per company norms Travel allowance as per company policy On-the-job training in tendering documentation and government processes Opportunity to grow into senior tendering administrative roles with experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Ability to commute relocate Cuttack Orissa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Master s Preferred Language English Required Hindi Required License Certification Driving Licence Required LMV Licence Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person Expected Start Date 02 01 2026
