About the Job: As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be a key part of our creative team, bringing our brand to life through dynamic visual storytelling. You'll work on a wide range of projects, from digital campaigns to educational content for our technical training programs. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a passion for animation and design.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and video content.
2. Create animated videos, explainer videos, GIFs, reels, and promotional content aligned with brand guidelines.
3. Edit and enhance video footage with graphics, transitions, sound effects, and typography.
4. Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion design tools, and video formats.
5. Manage multiple projects, deliver on deadlines, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Skills Required
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• AI Image Generation
• Generative AI Tools
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.

Who Can Apply
• Only those candidates with a minimum of 1-2 year(s) of experience.
• Should be based in or willing to travel to Prayas Lab at Rabale MIDC.
• Must have a portfolio or a showreel demonstrating their work.
