Were looking for a Customer Calling Intern to assist in communication, scheduling, and coordination via calls and chat, ensuring smooth execution of our projects.

Role: Customer Calling Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Rs. 6,000/month

Location: Remote

What Youll Do:

- Call and chat with customers to confirm, remind, and guide them for scheduled meetings.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Manage scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records in our system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows.

What Were Looking For:

- Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi (other languages are a plus).
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling inbound queries.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in calling/chat support is a bonus but not mandatory.
