Key Skills & Experience - Min 5–7 years of experience in Data Protection & Privacy - Hands-on expertise in Data Classification and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools such as Forcepoint, Symantec, McAfee, or Microsoft Purview - Strong understanding of Data Regulations – GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA - Exposure to Cloud Data Protection (AWS Macie, Azure Information Protection, Google Cloud DLP) - Knowledge of Encryption & Key Management (KMS, HSMs, cryptography concepts) - Experience with Data Masking / Tokenization - Proficiency in any scripting language - Familiarity with Cloud Environments Key Responsibilities - Implementation & Deployment – Configure, automate, and deploy DLP and encryption solutions (e.g., Microsoft Purview, AWS KMS). - Design & Architecture – Define and build scalable data protection frameworks and security architectures. - Security Operations & Incident Response – Monitor, investigate, and remediate data protection incidents. - Compliance & Governance – Enforce and validate compliance with global data regulations. - Collaboration & Leadership – Partner cross-functionally with DevOps, Legal, and Compliance teams to enhance enterprise data governance. 📩 Apply: gayathri.va@peoplefy.com
