As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Consultant with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft 365 and associated platforms.

The ideal candidate will leverage their deep functional knowledge of CRM: MS-Dynamics and other related systems to help clients optimize Sales, Marketing and Legal processes, ensure seamless system integration, and deliver impactful business results.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Provide expert-level support and guidance on MS-Dynamics 365, PowerApps, SharePoint Advanced, SiteCore ,.

- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective MS-Dynamics 365, PowerApps solutions.

- Configure and customize Maconomy modules to meet business needs.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MS-Dynamics 365,PowerApps solutions with other systems.

- Develop and maintain documentation for MS-Dynamics 365, PowerApps processes and configurations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS-Dynamics 365, PowerApps solutions modules.

- Perform Hands-on activities of tickets analysis, Identify, test & apply resolution in MS-Dynamics 365, PowerApps solutions

Required Technical and Professional Experience

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Sales/Marketing Legal or a related field.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience in configurations and customizations including Security Model, Web Resources, Plugins, etc.

- Experience working on both Salesand Marketingmodules

- Solid development skills in C# .NET, Web API, and OOP concepts

- Proficiency in the Power Platform(PowerApps, Power Automate, Desktop Flows, etc.)

- Hands on experience in Azure Services like: Azure function, Azure App Service etc.

- Must have worked on Integration with external systems (both Inbound and Outbound)

- Also, must be aware of various Architectural models like: Event Driven Architecture, Orchestration etc. [Optional]

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of MS-Dynamics.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client.

- Experience with business process configuration, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing and validation, end-user training, and troubleshooting and support.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

- Knowledge of industry best practices for CRM - MS-Dynamics.

- Good understanding of complimentary CRM tools and platforms like Power Automate, PowerApps, Advanced Sharepoint, Agile environment,

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Bitbucket, Sonar, Jenkins)

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
