Senior Associate - Email Marketing

Job Overview:

At BimaKavach, outbound email marketing is not about sending mass blasts or adding first_name and company_name to make it look personalised.

We use outbound to:

- Open doors to high-value conversations
- Close deals that move the needle
- Create campaigns people actually respond to

Were looking for someone who can growth hack their way into a CFOs inbox and get a reply. If your idea of email marketing is Dear Sir/Madam, hope this finds you well, this isnt the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, execute, and optimise multi-touch outbound email sequences targeted at decision-makers in B2B sectors
- Automate workflows using n8n to scale outreach efficiently
- Use Clay and similar tools to scrape, enrich, and segment prospect data
- Craft email copy that reads like its written by a human, not a bot with messaging tailored to audience pain points
- Continuously run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times
- Monitor open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics, using data to improve every step
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and ABM teams to ensure outbound aligns with larger GTM goals
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with industry standards and domain health metrics (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, Spam Score) and follow best practices for deliverability and accessibility.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 24 years of proven experience in outbound email marketing, demand generation, or sales automation
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with tools like n8n, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach.io or similar
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Data-driven, analytical approach you test, measure, and improve
- Ability to think of GTM as Lego blocks modular, adaptable, and creative
- Fast execution, faster iteration, and total ownership of your outcomes
- A growth-hacker mindset with an eye for creative ways to break into inboxes and get replies
