Fixed Assets Accounting - - Account for Fixed assets additions, disposals etc. - Maintain in progress listing - Record fixed asset depreciation, along with working on Fixed assets reconciliations Prepaids - - Run prepaid amortization on monthly basis - Maintain reconciliation for prepaids - Reclasses for Short and Long term prepaids as a part of month end activity - Running Payables and Receivables allocations on a monthly basis and record entries. Accounting for Lease - booking entries on monthly basis. Help other team members in special queries/questions. Any other work as assigned by management on ongoing basis. - CA(2.5+)/CA Inter(3.5+) years of General Ledger working experience in MNC - Working on a recognized ERP system (preferably Netsuite) - Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast- paced environment. - Attention to detail as well as good analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills Flexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
