Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant located in Thane. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, managing travel arrangements and reservations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring all travel plans are executed smoothly. The role also requires effective communication and problem-solving to address any travel-related issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in arranging Travel and making Reservations
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
