About the Company: Makoons Play School is a leading early childhood education provider in India, dedicated to nurturing young minds through innovative, play-based learning experiences. About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager - Admissions to drive our BTL marketing initiatives and manage the admissions process across our network of schools. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to generate quality leads - Plan and represent Makoons at promotional events, educational fairs, and open houses - Guide prospective families through the enrollment journey with comprehensive counseling - Process admission applications and maintain accurate enrollment databases - Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and businesses for referrals - Collaborate with franchisees to achieve enrollment targets - Monitor trends in early childhood education and competitor activities Required Skills / Qualification: - 3-5 years in admissions, BTL marketing, or customer relations (education sector preferred) - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems - Passion for early childhood education - Willingness to travel across Karnataka and South India Pay range and compensation package: Competitive salary and benefits Equal Opportunity Statement: Makoons is an equal opportunity employer.
