The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. Responsibilities - Operate, support and review the day-to-day accounting operations and processes for designated clients - Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions - communication with the client through email and call. - Resolve routine Queries of team members in a timely manner. - Understanding process and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard operating Procedures) as and when required - Provide regular training to new/existing team members as and when required. - Perform day-to-day accounting job duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial reporting for the assigned clients. - Perform duties as per defined KRAs. - Preparing and delivering accurate month end financials. - Understanding business requirement of client and update/create the SOP document as and when required. - Daily update/review of timesheet for the task performed. - Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
