- Drive the strategy, design, delivery and operations of intelligent automation solutions by understanding our business challenges and integrating capabilities such as SPA, RPA, Machine Learning, ICR, NLP, and intelligent assistants etc. to create seamless solutions that would be helpful for our customers.
- Focus on initiatives for driving widespread adoption, deployment and maturity of Intelligent Automation (IA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Smart Process Automation (SPA) across the organization.
- As a part of the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), partner with our delivery teams to own and drive intelligent automation strategy and execution. Create and drive team development (skills, knowledge, engagement etc.) to improve the maturity of the team.
- Partner with Enterprise Data & Insights and AI/ML practice teams to integrate the data strategies with the overall Enterprise AI an Automation strategy.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize our partnerships and jointly build solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10 plus years of professional experience driving process re-engineering, improvement and automation initiatives with demonstrable business results and proven experience in leading teams and organizations
- Bachelors, Masters or PhD in Computer Science or related quantitative field
- Proven team leadership and management experience, with ability to recruit, engage and develop staff with advanced degrees and diverse backgrounds and in different geographic locations, ability to allocate resources based on priority and skill level, strengths, and area of expertise.
- Excellent written and oral communication and data presentation skills, with ability to tailor the communication style to the right audience
- Proven experience working across multiple business areas such as operations, finance, sales, product, and strategy.
- Extensive knowledge with cloud technology, e.g SaaS, PaaS and IaaS
- Exposure to Python, R, .Net, SQL, Java or JavaScript, and application API development
- Experience with Cognitive, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Deep understanding of Intelligent Automation domains IT Service Automation, RPA, SPA including industry-leading trends and platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath), OCR Engines such as Google OCR, Tesseract, Nanonets, etc.), Process/Task Mining as well as other Intelligent Automation solutions (Machine Learning, ICR, NLP, other cognitive solutions etc.)
- Extensive Knowledge and implementation experience in Automation Ecosystem
- Extensive Knowledge and implementation of Digital Assistant platforms (Ipsoft, IBM Watson etc)
