Role Overview
We are hiring Telesales Executives to drive sales of insurance and loan products over the phone. This role suits individuals who are target-driven, customer-focused, and have a flair for persuasive communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch relevant insurance & loan products.
- Understand customer needs and suggest the best financial solutions.
- Consistently achieve individual & team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions as per company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling queries and objections effectively.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (preferably in insurance, loans, or financial products).
- Strong communication & convincing skills.
- Customer-centric approach with ability to manage objections.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting goals.
- Basic computer & MS Excel proficiency.
