Designation Assistant Product ManagerAcademic B Pharma M PharmaExperience Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experienceReports to Marketing ManagerLocation DelhiJob Purpose This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for implementing the strategic long-term marketing plans of the organisation Key Responsibilities - Product Strategy Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company s overall goals and objectives This includes defining the product s target market value proposition and competitive positioning - Market Research Conduct market research to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape Use this information to make informed decisions about the product s direction and features - Product Roadmap Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the product s planned development over time Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback business goals and technical constraints - Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders including customers sales teams marketing and engineering to gather and define product requirements Ensure that these requirements are documented and communicated clearly to the development team - Testing and Quality Assurance Ensure that the product is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards before release - Monitoring and Analysis Continuously monitor the product s performance user feedback and key performance indicators KPIs Use data and metrics to make informed decisions about the product s ongoing development and improvements - Feedback Management Gather feedback from customers and internal teams and use it to iterate on the product Prioritize feature requests and enhancements based on feedback and business impact - Playing the Role of Business Manager for the designated Region and collaborate with sales team for achieving execution excellence - Competitive Analysis Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products Identify opportunities and threats and adjust the product strategy accordingly - Overall a Product Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that a product meets customer needs achieves business objectives and remains competitive in the market They must be skilled in communication leadership problem-solving and have a deep understanding of both the product and the market it serves ref updazz com
