Job Description Technical Lead Hybrid- Pan India Role focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance software solutions across various domains, including mobile app development, backend microservices, and cloud-based systems. Candidates should demonstrate senior-level proficiency in Go and/or Java, with expertise in frameworks such as Spring Boot or Vert.x, as well as experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, and tools like Kafka, gRPC, and ISTIO service mesh. For some roles, additional skills include frontend development using React, database management with Postgres and RDS, infrastructure automation using CloudFormation, and a solid understanding of commerce, payments, and distributed systems with high scalability, low latency, and resilience requirements. Some roles will require specialized skillsets such as Python Service Development (Lambdas and microservices). Job Description Application Design and Implementation: - Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices - Ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure applications - Experience in design and implementation of RESTful APIs and event-driven workflows - Experience in microservices architecture and container technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) - Experience in serverless architectures with focus on Lambda - Experience in database technologies with focus on RDS PostgreSQL and MongoDB Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): - Proficiency with Git and managing complex Git workflows - Experience with branching strategies and merge conflict resolution - Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools and pipelines with focus on GitHub Actions - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools - Understanding of deployment strategies (e.g., blue-green, canary releases) Cloud Platforms: - Experience with cloud technologies with focus on AWS - Knowledge of cloud-native application design and deployment - Proficiency in cloud IaC tools like Terraform and CloudFormation - Understanding of automated infrastructure provisioning and management Security: - Knowledge of security best practices within CI/CD pipelines and application architecture - Experience with security scanning and compliance tools
