Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive for a Medical School. The role is located in Kolkata. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating with faculty and staff, overseeing functions of the staff and students, facilitating communication within the department, and the US office, providing support to medical students and staff.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in an administrative office
- Good Communication skills in English
- Proficient in Ms Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to conduct and organize projects
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
- Master's degree in any field is preferred.
- Work experience of at least 3 years
Salary: Rs17000-Rs 20000 or commensurate with qualifications and experience.
