We are looking for Front End Lead - ReactJS

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract

Technical Skills:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS. Redux, Playwright
- Excellent communication skill is must and presentation skill

Role and Responsibilities:

- 8+ years of professional experience in javascript development.
- Expert in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Redux.
- Experience in writing test automation scripts using Playwright or similar tools.
- Familiar with modern frontend build tools and practices (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
- Understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Required Skills:

- Lead the design and development of modern, responsive web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, backend, and QA.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectures.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and Redux.
- Ensure code quality and consistency through code reviews and unit testing.
- Implement and maintain UI test automation using Playwright.
- Mentor junior developers and drive best practices in frontend development.
- Optimize performance and ensure high standards of accessibility and responsiveness.
- Communicate technical ideas clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholder
