- Familiarity with GCP and Microsoft Azure platforms.
- Familiarity with modern monitoring and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
- Exposure to Ansible
- Exposure to Unix and Windows environments.
- Exposure to have worked in SAP environments.
- Proficient in RPA tools like UiPath.
- Proficient in different Service desk tools and ITSM processes
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Tableau and practices.
