Required Candidate Profile: - Age: 21 to 38 years. - Education: Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in life insurance sales. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
