Job Description Job Description: - Client & Partner Engagement: Travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers to strengthen business relationships and ensure effective coordination. - Sales Support: Accompany channel partner teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including policy discussions, documentation, and claim settlement assistance. - Business Development: Work closely with channel partners to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales targets. - Performance Evaluation: Ensure achievement of monthly and annual business goals through consistent sales performance and relationship management. - Market Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, and market trends to support effective sales strategies. - Customer Service: Provide prompt support and guidance to customers, ensuring smooth claim processing and customer satisfaction. Required Candidate Profile: - Age: 21 to 38 years. - Education: Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum of 1 to 4 years of experience in life insurance sales. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused professional.
