Senior Operations Head, Gen AI Platforms and Solutions

Job Description Responsibilities - Operational Excellence & Uptime - Ensure 24x7 platform availability through a dedicated Gen-AI Command Centre - Implement scalable, proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms for AI platforms - Incident & Change Management - Lead incident response and resolution in coordination with internal teams and vendors - Integrate and optimize ServiceNow workflows for incident, change, and audit management - Platform Monitoring & Automation - Establish robust monitoring strategies across PepGenX, Agent Factory, and LLM infrastructure - Automate operational workflows for faster response and reduced manual effort - Vendor & Contractor Governance - Oversee vendor SLAs and ensure contractor accountability for platform performance - Govern service quality and compliance with contractual expectations - Cloud Cost & Resource Optimization - Utilize Azure-native FinOps tools to track, manage, and optimize platform costs - Align platform scalability with business growth while ensuring cost efficiency - Security, Compliance & Risk Management - Maintain enterprise-grade security and regulatory compliance across all Gen-AI operations - Ensure adherence to operational SLAs and risk mitigation protocols - Leadership & Collaboration - Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, IT operations, and AI product stakeholders -
