Genpact NYSE G is a global professional services and solutions firm delivering outcomes that shape the future Our 125 000 people across 30 countries are driven by our innate curiosity entrepreneurial agility and desire to create lasting value for clients Powered by our purpose the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people we serve and transform leading enterprises including the Fortune Global 500 with our deep business and industry knowledge digital operations services and expertise in data technology and AI Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Campaign Manager In this role you will work in a pod structure with Client Success Managers to support our largest clients providing strategic insights and recommendations for SEM and display advertising campaigns Responsibilities An Executive Accounts CM will need to be able to prioritize and load balance across several platforms and clients within specific service level agreements SLAs and expectations Job duties may include Serving as a clients campaign manager Completing digital ad campaign reviews providing detailed recommendations on optimization enhancements to improve our clients performance metrics Optimizing PPC campaigns in order to increase campaign success Updating and or creating pacing reports for campaigns Creating campaigns within our platform Providing weekly monthly ad hoc reporting Providing miscellaneous research as needed Updating ads for digital media Reviewing keywords and providing feedback on potential keyword strategies Join client meetings as needed and be comfortable presenting findings and analysis as needed Build rapport with internal team members through routine and scheduled meetings Develop advise on marketing strategies as well as assessing feasibility based on the client expectations and identifying marketing and advertising opportunities for our clients Execute budgets and strategies to meet specific client goals needs Monitor evaluate and leverage standard processes to manage and improve SEM display campaign performance across LOCALiQs publisher networks to determine improvement opportunities Troubleshoot performance issues using digital advertising best practices while creating new innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients Drive campaign ROI and leverage client relationships to assist the sales team in growing accounts Incorporate constantly evolving technologies and processes into the client solution delivery process Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Good years of experience in the digital space in an agency environment or in-house equivalent Rich campaign management experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate digital marketing concepts Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Public relations or related fields Advanced knowledge and understanding of SEM SEO social email marketing display and an understanding of new media consumer behaviors and trends Preferred qualifications Ability to load balance prioritize and manage heavy workloads with flexibility to rapidly shift priorities based on organizational needs Creative thinker with strong time management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race color religion or belief sex age national origin citizenship status marital status military veteran status genetic information sexual orientation gender identity physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws Genpact is committed to creating a dynamic work environment that values respect and integrity customer focus and innovation For more information visit www genpact com Follow us on Twitter Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube Furthermore please do note that Genpact does not charge fees to process job applications and applicants are not required to pay to participate in our hiring process in any other way Examples of such scams include purchasing a starter kit paying to apply or purchasing equipment or training
