Job Summary The Driver cum Office Assistant will be responsible for safely driving company vehicles for official work and supporting office operations during non-driving hours The role requires reliability discipline and the ability to manage basic office tasks Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Duties Safely drive company vehicle for client visits deliveries installations and office-related travel Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition Ensure regular servicing fuel tracking and basic vehicle checks oil water tyre pressure Follow all traffic rules and maintain a valid driving licence at all times Pick up and drop staff or materials as assigned Keep a logbook of daily travel fuel usage and maintenance activities Office Boy Support Duties during off-driving time Handle office errands such as courier drop pickup purchase of materials bill submissions etc Assist in printing packaging and basic preparation work for signage and advertising materials Support the logistics team with loading unloading small materials when required Keep the office premises tidy arranging meeting rooms serving water tea coffee to staff and visitors Assist in document filing photocopying scanning and other small administrative tasks Help maintain stock of office supplies and inform the team when items need to be replenished Deliver documents invoices and materials to clients when necessary Requirements Valid driving licence LMV Minimum 2-3 years of driving experience preferred Good knowledge of city routes and basic vehicle maintenance Physically fit and willing to support office tasks Polite behaviour and willingness to assist staff and clients Punctual responsible and trustworthy Work Timings As per company schedule may include early late hours based on workload and travel Additional Notes Must maintain professional behaviour while representing the company Should be flexible to take additional duties based on operational needs More Details Call 8089542929 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 129 40 - 20 726 13 per month Application Question s Do you have valid Driving License How many years of experience in driving or related Work Location In person
