Job title:
Senior Software Technologist

Key Responsibilities :

- You will be responsible for analysing, designing, testing, coding, securing, debugging, modifying, deploying, integrating, and maintaining (system) software enhancements, test environments, and/or new software.

- Uses state-of-the-art technologies and practices.

- Interacts with users/product owners to define/adjust requirements and/or necessary modifications.

- Keeps abreast of technical developments and practices in own field through literature, courses/training, technical contacts, and competitive environment. Applies agile software development methods as a member of agile teams.

Experience & Qualifications

- Proficiency in C++, Creates working software using C++

- Has experience designing and developing Oracle database applications(writing Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers), They also have experience debugging, testing, and fixing critical aspects of the application, and data modelling.

- C #/.NET is added advantage

- Develops features in an agile approach

- Actively participates in agile ceremonies.

- Contributes towards continuous improvement of the team, software and processes

- Designs, codes, documents, tests (automated), maintains and deploys software

- Provides technical solutions that conform to requirements with a strong focus on endusers, high quality (QMS/regulatory standards), performance, safety and security

- Keeps abreast of technical knowledge

- Lead design and development of high quality, re-useable, high-performance SW components

- Support scrum master/project management in the estimation, planning and execution of the software components

- Ensure that performance / nonfunctional requirements are defined and addressed by teams

- Mentor the junior members of the team on technical aspects

- Serve as a driving force for SW functional excellence

- Around 12 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in C++

- Experience in software design concepts, System Design, and design patterns

- Experience with Agile methodology, tools, and practices.

- Proven working experience in a global, multidiscipline environment
