QUALITY CONTROL IN-CHARGE Location- Boisar Job Summary The Quality Control Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality control and assurance within the chemical manufacturing or processing facility This role involves ensuring that chemical products meet established quality standards regulatory requirements and safety guidelines Key Responsibilities Quality Control Oversight Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols Monitor and inspect chemical processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards Conduct routine quality checks at various stages of production Laboratory Management Manage the chemical testing laboratory including equipment maintenance and calibration Supervise and coordinate laboratory technicians and analysts Ensure that all testing methods are accurate and reliable Quality Assurance Documentation Maintain accurate records of quality control tests procedures and results Prepare and update quality assurance documentation and reports Collaborate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with chemical safety and environmental regulations Process Improvement Identify areas for process improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions Supplier and Vendor Quality Management Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components Perform audits and evaluations of suppliers quality control processes Training and Development Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control procedures and safety protocols Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging quality control trends Safety Compliance Ensure that safety regulations and protocols are followed rigorously in all quality control activities Investigate and report any safety incidents or violations Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in chemistry chemical engineering or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control preferably in the chemical industry Strong knowledge of quality control principles testing methods and instrumentation Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for chemical products Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong leadership and communication abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to safety About Us D R Coats Ink Resins Pvt Ltd is a leading producer of synthetic resins used in Industrial Coatings Printing Inks Adhesives and Construction Chemicals At DRC we supply a wide range of synthetic resins globally Our product range includes Epoxy Curing Agents such as polyamides phenalkamines cycloaliphatic amine adducts modified amines accelerators and water-based hardeners Non-Reactive Polyamides Ketonics Phenolics Epoxies and Polyurethanes DRC operates at the intersection of business and technology assisting customers in enhancing their performance and creating sustainable value Our high-quality products have enabled us to export to over 85 countries across 6 continents and we have been honored with the Star Export House status by the Government of the India in recognition of our excellent export performance DRC is dedicated to driving innovation to enhance the way the world operates and lives Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Where do you stay Ready to relocate to Boisar Maharashtra Have you gone thru the JD and your experience is relevant How many years of experience you have in this field How many years of experience in QC Incharge Are you from resins Coating Industries What is business and product of your current Company What is Current CTC What is expected CTC How soon you can join Work Location In person
