Your Role

- Develop and execute SAP data archiving plans across modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.).
- Analyze data volumes and identify archiving objects using SAP standard tools.
- Coordinate with functional teams to validate archived data and ensure business continuity.
- Monitor archiving jobs and troubleshoot performance or retention issues.
- Ensure compliance with legal and audit requirements related to data lifecycle.

Your Profile

- You bring 4-8 years of experience in SAP Data Archiving.You have a strong understanding of SAP data management and archiving processes across various modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ArchiveLink, SARA transaction, and archiving objects.
- Knowledge of ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) and GDPR-compliant archiving.
- Skilled in performance analysis and system optimization through archiving.
- Experience in coordinating with business and BASIS teams for archiving execution.
- Strong documentation and communication skills for audit and compliance reporting.
