Job Title Accounts Manager Location Agartala Industry Plywood Manufacturing Department Finance Accounts Reports To Factory Head Finance Head Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations of our plywood manufacturing unit The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in accounting manage compliance with statutory regulations maintain records and support the factory management in making sound financial decisions Key Responsibilities Accounts Management Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations payables receivables general ledger inventory accounts etc Prepare and monitor budgets forecasts and cost control reports Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting monthly quarterly and yearly Maintain books of accounts as per applicable accounting standards Compliance Taxation Ensure GST TDS PF ESI and other statutory filings are completed on time Handle internal and external audits statutory tax cost etc Ensure compliance with all state and central tax regulations Factory Finance Support Coordinate with production procurement and store departments to track inventory raw materials and cost of production Monitor costings and suggest measures to control wastage and increase profitability Support management in pricing vendor payments and vendor credit evaluation Banking Cash Flow Manage cash flow and working capital requirements Liaise with banks for fund management loans and other facilities Team Management Supervise and guide junior accountants or clerical staff Ensure accuracy in data entry invoice generation and documentation Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles Tally ERP SAP and MS Excel Experience in manufacturing or factory accounting preferably in plywood timber industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Qualification Experience Education B Com M Com MBA Finance CA Inter Experience Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in factory accounts preferably in plywood or manufacturing sector Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
