About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to handle day-to-day bookkeeping, compliance coordination, and basic administrative tasks. The role involves maintaining financial records in Zoho Books, ensuring smooth communication with our Chartered Accountant for filings, and keeping company documentation organized.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Maintain daily accounting records in Zoho Books.
- Prepare and organize invoices, expenses, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and track vendor/client payments.
- Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, and regular filings.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.
Admin
- Maintain organized files (digital & physical) for accounts and company records.
- Support management in preparing simple MIS/reports when needed.
- Handle basic office administration tasks (vendor coordination, payments, documentation).
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in accounts/administration.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
- Basic knowledge of GST/TDS filings (coordination with CA is sufficient).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
