Job Description :

- Manage end-to-end financial accounting and compliance for our SME clients.

- Perform regular bookkeeping activities and prepare for audits.

- Handle all aspects of indirect taxation, including Income Tax Returns (ITR) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) working.

- Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including GST return filings and GST Annual Return handling.

- Address and resolve compliance-related notices for VAT and GST.

- Lead and mentor a team of 8 to 10 trainees and 6 support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in handling bookkeeping and preparing for audits.

- Comprehensive knowledge of indirect taxation, including ITR, TDS, and GST regulations.

- Experience in filing GST returns and handling GST Annual Returns.

- Ability to understand and address compliance-related notices (VAT, GST).

- Take a proactive and leadership role in managing overall office work, ensuring efficient operations.

- Work closely with the Partner on various financial and administrative matters.
