We're Hiring: Senior BIM Project Designer (Office Pune) Urbanlion is growing and seeking a skilled Senior BIM Project Designer with advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit to join our team as a Construction Document Specialist. In this role, you will lead architectural BIM design and construction documentation for our U.S.-based projects. If you enjoy transforming concepts into detailed, buildable designs and collaborating closely with a passionate team, this position is perfect for you Location: Pune (Office-based) Experience: 4+ years Employment: Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage comprehensive construction document sets using Revit - Coordinate drawings across multiple disciplines (architecture, MEP, structural) - Ensure all documents comply with U.S. building codes, ADA standards, and zoning regulations - Translate design concepts into buildable solutions with attention to constructability - Collaborate closely with project managers, consultants, and other stakeholders - Conduct quality control reviews and implement revisions based on feedback Qualifications: - Degree in Architecture or a related field - 4+ years of experience producing construction documents in Revit - Solid understanding of U.S. construction practices and materials - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills - Someone eager to contribute, share ideas, and grow with a dynamic team Preferred: - In-depth knowledge of IBC, local jurisdictional codes, and ADA requirements - Experience with BIM coordination, familiarity with Navisworks or similar software Why Join Urbanlion - Hands-on experience on real U.S. construction projects - Mentorship and professional growth opportunities - Collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused environment - Opportunity to make a tangible impact on global projects Interested?
