At Krafting Networks, we’re looking for a sharp, proactive brand thinker, someone who can effortlessly switch between strategy and storytelling, creative ideation and campaign execution. You're the kind of person who doesn’t just work on brands, you own them. You live and breathe design, content, and culture. You scroll with purpose, spot trends before they explode, and bring both aesthetic and insight to the table. In this role, you will: - Lead and manage creative and brand briefs with clarity and direction - Create and post social media content that’s visually compelling and tonally spot-on - Translate brand tone of voice into thumb-stopping content across platforms - Ideate and pitch campaign ideas that are brave, bold, and insight-led - Use tools to track, analyse and report performance (and know how to turn numbers into narratives) - Prepare standout pitch decks, presentations and campaign calendars - Manage timelines, client expectations and internal workflows with calm efficiency - Bring positive, collaborative energy to the team every single day Bonus if you: - Worked in an agency earlier, specially on food brands. - Have experience across both digital and traditional media - Think like a creative, plan like a strategist, and hustle like an entrepreneur We work across disciplines, so you’ll wear many hats but always with heart.
