What You'll Do:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content and optimize user experience across digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking new opportunities for innovation and growth.

What We're Looking For:
At least 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role with a proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and SEO/SEM.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital media, or relevant field.
