Job Description About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic individual who will manage our fast-growing healthcare distribution base, sales team, and key accounts. This is a high impact role with direct impact on the growth of the company. Note: We are hiring the Business Development Executives for: West Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Surat, Noida, and New Delhi. Please ensure that you are applying only if you are committed for the field sales and have a 2-wheeler. Department: Growth Employment Type: Full-Time Required Experience: Fresher to 1 years Key Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to partners/merchants across the city and on-board them on SaveIN. - Demonstrate the SaveIN product suite and train the partner and its staff on the product. - Achieve onboarding and sales targets by working with partners. - Address merchant and customer queries for key business processes. - Identify the needs of partners and share insights with product and marketing teams to help create and deliver superior solutions for customers. - Act as a product, domain, and market expert through presentations, demo videos and work on referrals provided by the merchants. - Train & manage a team of motivated individuals to expand the brands presence across multiple cities & geographies. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Freshers to 1 years prior industry related business development experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven knowledge and execution of successful business development strategies. Focused and goal-oriented.
