We a new start up at Kottayam Manarkadu looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant with Office administration experience to manage both our financial accounting and day-to-day business operations The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping GST TDS income tax compliance and a strong command of Tally and MS Office tools This role also involves supervising operational activities ensuring smooth workflow and supporting business functions Key Responsibilities Accounting Duties o Maintain daily and monthly bookkeeping records o Prepare financial statements such as the Balance Sheet Profit Loss Account and Cash Flow Statements o Handle GST return filing and GST reconciliations o File TDS returns manage deductions and ensure timely payments o Assist in income tax calculations and compliance o Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper records o Prepare and submit monthly quarterly and annual financial reports o Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including ROC filings if applicable o Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits Operations Supervision o Oversee and support daily business operations o Monitor inventory procurement vendor coordination and dispatches as applicable o Streamline workflows and help implement efficient systems for documentation and record-keeping o Supervise junior staff or coordinate with external vendors if needed o Maintain operational checklists and ensure team adherence to timelines and company policies Required Skills Qualifications o Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field B Com M Com preferred o 1-3 years of experience in accounting and operations o Excellent command of Tally and MS Office Excel Word Outlook o Thorough knowledge of GST TDS and Income Tax laws o Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices financial reporting and audit requirements o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently o Strong organizational communication and leadership skills This role is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender We encourage anyone who meets the requirements to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
