Job Title: Java Developer / Sr Java Developer / Java Tech Lead ( Angular OR React is MUST) Job Location: Pune & Bangalore ( AWS is must) Experience : 5 - 12 Years ONLY Role Purpose Build, test, and maintain scalable software solutions while leading a team of developers and ensuring high-quality code delivery . Key Responsibilities - Write clean, scalable, and efficient code. - Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Collaborate with QA and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. - Debug and optimize applications for performance and reliability. - Lead a team in implementing Java/J2EE applications. - Translate technical requirements into detailed design specifications. - Mentor junior developers and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Primary Skills - Proficiency in Java 8+, J2EE (JSPs, EJBs), Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA. - Strong understanding of security protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSO). - Experience with REST and SOAP web services. - Solid database knowledge: MariaDB, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL. - Frontend technologies: HTML, XML, XSD, JSON, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Angular 18/20. - Backend frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, JPA/Hibernate. - Reporting tools: Eclipse BIRT Report 4.15 (open source). - Application servers: JBoss 8.0.7.0 (JDK 17), WebSphere, WebLogic. - Web servers: Tomcat. - Scripting: Linux Shell Scripts. - Messaging systems: IBM MQ 9.5, Kafka, RabbitMQ. - Development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code, Putty, WinSCP, Git, Jenkins, Postman, SoapUI, Maven, Gradle. - Monitoring tools: ELK Stack, Splunk. - Experience in mentoring and team leadership. - Familiarity with Agile best practices. - Hands-on experience in DevOps and Release Management. - Support for batch job operations. - Experience in Microservices architecture. Secondary Skills - Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud. - Experience with Angular version upgrades. - Exposure to WebSphere. - Domain expertise in Banking.
